Elizabeth Banks says she and Jessica Biel ‘have gone on as a house on fire’

Elizabeth Banks could not love to be playing older sister Jessica Biel on The better sister.

The sibling relationship makes the series unique because audiences “see many married couples” in the mysteries of murder, “but you do not see siblings who have their full history together from birth.”

“I think it’s right for us,” said Banks. “I haven’t seen (an excitement film) where sibling relationships are at the heart of it. These two sisters are disengaged and their family drama is so serious. They cut a generation trauma by coming back together. I think you don’t see that in a whodunit.”
