Talking his ‘truth’
Lizzo gave out to the lymphatic drain specialist Flávia lanini In July 2025, she said she had helped with her health journey by performing regular lymphatic massage.
“The picture on the left is my first turn (a) lymphatic massage of flavia, and the right is the latest!” the musician’s headline Photo before and after via Instagram. “In light of all these magazines and blogs want me to be on soooo ozempic bad – this is the truth!”
Lizzo sheds light on how she has achieved significant results over the past few years, writing, “I work my away, training 3x a week, daily sauna and cardio, adding animal protein back in my diet, hiring a chef who helps me prepare a meal and keep an eye on what I put in my body in calorie deficiency.
He noted, “I stopped drinking for the longest … (but I drink again cus I won!) … I play Pickleball and hike and walk on the beach and move my body and dance and drink water.”
In addition, Lizzo revealed, “I detox! Once a month! I also get holistic body work done, wood therapy, and lymphatic massage. I’m so happy and proud of what I’ve done and no one can pull that from me. 😇 😇.”
