Update, 4/5/25 at 1:54 PM ET:
Weekly US can confirm that Meghan Markle Extending to customers who ordered but would not receive the limited issue of honey from its first product launch as ever.
Due to the overwhelming response to Meghan’s new products, orders overlooked the inventory short, Us understands. Therefore, a small number of orders for the honey were received after the product has already sold out.
Meghan, along with the AS Ever team, is proactively reaching out to customers who offer adulterations and a complimentary item of their choice, Us learned.
The original story continues below:
Meghan Markle is “so sorry” that some like ever customers will not have access to its limited honey edition – despite placing orders for the product already.
“My goodness, what has a hurricane this week!” Meghan, 43, wrote in a letter shared with users. “Thanks for the support. It really means so much to me.”
Screenshots of the apparent letter are shared on social media and Meghan explained “because of a time -saying” some buyers could not receive their honey.
“Knowing that the team worked very hard in every department and felt equally sad when we learned what had happened,” he wrote. “I know it’s not the same with the limited edition item you were placed on (I would feel the same!) So I’d like to promise you something else.”
Meghan’s note continued: “When our next limited edition item fall takes place, you will not be the first to know … You will be the first to be accepted. No need to order, it will come to you in the post as a gift.”
The Duchess of Sussex ended with thanks for “understanding” and supporting the brand as ever. (Weekly US has reached out to Meghan team for comments.)
For those who wonder, I will receive an adoption and the option to choose a free gift. #Meghansussex is the epitome of the class. #Asever is a huge success !! pic.twitter.com/skgk61cprb
