At the time of Kiker’s death in March, Cook said she was informed by a researcher that he died of a heart attack caused by drugs and was in a hospital in Denver. On March 12, Kiker’s sisters confirmed his death on Facebook. It was 32.
“I don’t know if he had a mobile phone,” Cook shared. “He never reached out, and never tried to support (his children). Because of the history, I never reached out. I thought it was safer for the children.”

Since then the siblings of the late musician have launched a Gofundme Campaign to help cover funeral costs.
“He sooo loved him and so many will miss him!” Sister Angela Evans wrote through Facebook. “You sing with the angels now Bubba. Pray for our family as we go (through) this very difficult time.”
