Charlie is already serving a lifelong imprisonment for the crime as his ex -girl, Catherine Magbanua. Prosecutors said Magbanua held the post of intermediary for two men who had stated that they had been hired for murder, Sigfred Garcia, who was sentenced to life imprisonment, and Luis Rive, serving a 19-year term after cooperation with the state.
