Dolly Parton have shared new details about her late husband’s death Carl Dean. Did he die Almost three months ago.
Talking to The independent On Wednesday, May 28, Parton, 79, revealed that Dean had been “sick for some time” before he died at the age of 82 in March.
“I really feel his presence. I’m just trying to go on, because I know I have to,” the “Jolene” singer told the outlet. “And he was ill for some time, and part of me was in peace that he was in peace and not suffering anymore. But that still does not compensate for the loss and loneliness of it.”
Parton added that she believed she and Dean will be reunited in the back.
“I’m a faith person, and I really believe I’m going to see him again some day,” he added.
Grammy’s winner was also honest about how she has been coping following the loss of her husband, she had been with her for nearly 60 years.
“And I see it every day in my memories and in my heart, and in all the things we used to do and all the things we’ve built together,” Parton went on. “You just have to learn to make new plans – but that’s the hardest part.”

Earlier this month Barton spoke again for his grief Due to Dean’s death.
“Oh, you know what, I’m getting very emotional when people reared it,” said Parton, during a virtual interview with Savannah Guthrie today on May 2. “We were together (for) 60 years. I’ve loved it since I was 18 years old.”
He continued: “It’s a big adjustment just trying to change patterns and habits. I’ll do right, and I’m really involved in my work and that’s the best thing that might happen to me. I will always miss it, of course, and always love it. He was a great partner for me.”
Parton announced Dean’s death through an Instagram statement on March 3.
“Carl and I spent many wonderful years together,” headed Post. “Words cannot do justice to the love we shared for over 60 years. Thank you for your prayers and sympathy.”
