)Look, to put things in the right perspective, I took over the team, in the first part of 2019. Now the first T20 series we played at home against England, we lost horrically. We needed to get 6 above. We didn’t get it. We needed to get 10 with 4 doctors in hand and failed, and I think we lost, this series, really horrible. And we had a situation where girls felt they were not good enough in the format.
