Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs have again asked for abuse in his Sex Trading Trial.
The lawyers of the Hip-Hop Mogul asked the presiding judge to throw the trial out over their allegations that prosecutors had presented false evidence Tmz. Bongolan has reflected on its alleged conflict With Diddy in September 2016 during her appearance at US Court Daniel Patrick Moynihan in New York City earlier this week. She told the court that she and her boyfriend were sleeping on the couch at Cassie flat in Los Angeles when her love at the time is alleged to have started to grieve on the door. (Diddy and Cassie, 38, dated and on between 2007 and 2018.)
Bongolan remembered encouraging her love of hiding in the bathroom, before walking out on the balcony to “occasional acting.” Once Diddy entered the apartment, he allegedly grabbed a bongolan from behind and “picked up (she) up and then put it (she) on top of the railway.”
She remembered “trying not to slip” over the balcony, while it is allegedly yelled, “you know what the f *** you did.” Bongolan estimated that Designy had been caught over the balcony for 15 seconds, leaving it with physical injuries as well as longer -term emotional effects such as “paranoia” and “night scare.”

Since his arrest, Desert has been held at the Metropolitan detention center in Brooklyn. His four bail applications were rejected by Judge Subramanian.

One day after the suit was filed, Diddy and Cassie settled out of court. In May 2024, CNN published a guest surveillance video from Designy kicking and grabbing Cassie in 2016. He later apologized for his actions in a video shared via Instagram.
