The disgraced music mogul was was indicted by a grand jury in September shortly before he was arrested for sex trafficking, racketeering, conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. A 14-page indictment — which citing Diddy’s infamous partiesnicknamed “Freak-Offs,” as proof – alleges that Diddy “abused, threatened and coerced women and others around him” for decades.
Diddy has denied the allegations and he pleaded not guilty to the charges. He was remanded to the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center pending trial. Judge deny him bail on four separate appeals.
Most recently, a federal judge Arun Subramanian ruled that “no condition or combination of conditions will reasonably ensure the safety of the community” if it granted Diddy’s bail application, according to documents obtained by Us Weekly at the end of November.
The day before Combs withdrew a new bail appeal, it was accused of sexual assault by three other alleged victims, Us Confirmed Thursday, December 12.
According to the documents obtained from Usthe unnamed victims claimed Diddy drugged and sexually assaulted them. The earliest claim in the documents was in 2019.
inTwo of the accusers claimed they went to a hotel with the rapper, with one claiming they were raped at his home in the Hamptons. (One claimed he was raped by Diddy in his room at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Midtown Manhattan, the site of his arrest in September.)
The three alleged victims claim that they received alcoholic beverages from Diddy, claiming that they died and came to him when he was sexually assaulting them.
One alleged victim claimed that Diddy told them that going to the police would make them “look like an idiot,” adding that he would “never be able to substantiate his allegations against Combs” because of his celebrity status.
The same accuser also claimed that the men from Diddy’s entourage called his mobile phone to “threaten and intimidate” him into silence after the sexual assault. According to the lawsuit, the alleged victims did not come forward with their stories out of fear and shame.
Diddy’s attorneys slammed the accusations in a statement to Us. “These complaints are full of lies,” the statement read. “We will prove them false and seek sanctions against all unethical lawyers who filed fictitious allegations against him.”
Statement released to Us in October he noted “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will be: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, male or female.”
