According to court documents filed on June 4, Court Judge Superior Los Angeles denied a proposal filed by the Customized Office of Debt Collectors, to which Phypers has $ 228,000.

Phypers, 52, Who Mer Richards54, in 2018, ordered to pay $ 228,000 to the company in July 2024.

The legal drama began in 2022 when the Office filed the Creditors’ Legal Case against Pypers and his welfare company, Quantum Epigenetics Consulting LLC.

Pypers’ lawyer argued, “The events could not be predicted or managed, and the effects beyond the control of the parties and set hardship, cost or extreme difficulty meant that performance was impossible.”

Some time before the parties went into a trial, they worked out a settlement, which required Phypers to make five -figure monthly payments.

Payments were to start at the end of 2023 and run until February 2025.

However, the debt collector claimed that Phypers had failed to make the required payments and failed again.

The company told the court that Phypers made a couple of payments worth a total of $ 40,000.

Their lawyer wrote, “Denise Richards is currently, and at the time the debt was returned to the defendant and the Debtor Aaron William Cameron Phypers Aka Aaron Phypers Aka Aaron Aaron W. Phypers and is responsible for the community property debt.”

According to court documents obtained by Us, Pypers fired back to the application.

He argued that the company had failed to provide any “receivable evidence” that he was actually married to Richards, who was not named as a defendant in the legal case or accused of having anything to do with a Pypers Loan.

“An award creditor presents no evidence that assets (Phypers) and (Richards’ are community -owned,” argued a Pypers Lawyer.

“An attachment order or other collection order that allows the recovery of unspecified assets is inappropriate and too wide, potentially allow the seizure of non -community -owned assets.”

His lawyer added, “Although marital gains (assuming the two are married) a community owner in general, that is not necessarily true. A married couple can commit to transfer and other contracts that change the character of assets and earnings.”

“Instead of denying the marriage only, (Phypers) inaccurate (he claimed) that (creditors’ adaptation) did not present sufficient evidence to show the Spousal relationship,” added the company’s lawyer.

“The reason the opposition never suggests denying the marriage is because they are actually married,” said the lawyer.

Creditors’ adaptation argued that Richards was liable for her husband’s debt, which should allow them to pursue her money to settle the $ 228,000 due.

“Given that the marriage between (Richards and Pypers) is a normal and frequent subject in social media and created headlines in the entertainment world, this fact cannot be reasonably subject to dispute. The marriage can be confirmed throughout social media, news and entertainment outlets,” said the lawyer.

“Furthermore, the marriage can be confirmed immediately and accurately through Denise Richards’ social media,” they added.

At the recent hearing, the judge sided with puppers. The court said the debt collector had never provided proof that he had served any notice of the hearing to Richards.

Furthermore, the judge noted, “Furthermore, the proposal seeks to attach all the pay earnings and other assets in Ms Richards’ name, possession, custody and/or control rather than specific pay earnings attached to a community property debate (Credit Customization Office).”
