Denise Richards has been seen for the first time in the middle of his divorce of Aaron Phypers.
Richards, 54, was seen having lunch at Cross Creek in Malibu with women Lola20, and Eloise, 14, Sunday, July 20. (She shares Lola with a former Charlie Sheen And he welcomed Eloise by adopting in May 2011, with Pypers, 52, later becoming an adoptive father. Richards and Sheen’s oldest daughter, Sam21, he did not appear to be present in the lunch trip.)
Richards occasionally dressed for the date with her girls, sporting black tank top with baggy cargo jeans and white sneakers. He completed the look with a small green crossbody bag, black sunglasses and a wide hat. At one time, she carried white Chihuahua in her arms.
The journey came weeks after Phypers filed for divorce From Real housewives from Beverly hills Star after six years of marriage. I just (get) some of my contacts back, having been without my mobile phone since the 4th of July,” read the letter, first received by Pages six. “I reach out today not in anger, but in heartbreak – as a man, husband, son, brother, and father who has spent years loving, supporting, and defending his family.”
“I love my wife more than words can ever express them fully. That has never changed. But the recent public accusations made against me are not just fake – they are devastating,” the letter continued. “I have never physically harmed my wife, and I did not give her a black eye. I had only ever stepped into her defense of her or others – including her separation from physically attacking our daughter – always coming from a place of care and anxiety.”

Sources reported only Us That Phypers too filed a police report against Richards At Lost Hills station for the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Division on Sunday for alleged vandalism, robbery and assault.
The Sheriff’s Department Representative confirmed that Pypers had filed the report but could not disclose the details of his allegations.
