Denise Richards has been seen for the first time in the middle of his divorce of Aaron Phypers.
Richards, 54, was seen having lunch at Cross Creek in Malibu with women Lola20, and Eloise, 14, Sunday, July 20. On July 17, Richards accused Phypers of Physical Abuse Throughout their marriage in an application for a preventative order against him, Us confirm.
“Throughout our relationship, Aaron often choked me violently, squeezing my head violently with both hands, squeezing my arms tightly, slaping me violently in my face and head, slaming my head aggressively into the bathroom towel rack, threatening to kill me, holding me down with his head – that I pleaded for me and messages, ”he claimed.
