Denise Richards admits it Special Forces period came at a price.
The actress, who competed on season 3 of SSpecial powers: The World’s toughest testshe revealed that she nearly ruptured her implants during one of the difficult tasks.
“I also jumped off a bridge – and that’s when I (almost) ripped my implants – off that thing,” Richards, 53, revealed on “Jeff Lewis Live” by SiriusXM on Friday, January 3, when discussing the physical challenges he faced while participating in the reality series.
Richards blamed a harness she was wearing during the activity for causing the tear and said she has yet to resolve the issue affecting her two breast implants.
“I still have to redo them,” Richards added. “I was supposed to a month ago but we can’t because we’re filming, so yeah, no, I still have to redo them.”
She explained that she believed she would also have to pay the financial cost herself to repair the tears.
“I have to pay,” he said. “I think we pretty much signed our life away doing that show… It’s dangerous.”
In November, news broke that Richards was cast alongside 15 other recruits —including Kayla Nicole, Brody Jenner, Cam Newton, Stephen Baldwin, Carey Hart and more — for Special Forces‘ season 3, which premieres on Fox on Wednesday, January 8.

Talk only to Us Weekly in December, Richards spoke about how difficult the challenges were in her experience.
“This is the most challenging thing I’ve ever, ever, ever done,” he told sight360 we, before adding, “I’m glad I did it, but I would never do it again.”
Season 3 of Special Forces features stars attempting tasks including “a high-pressure hostage rescue, a dangerous ladder crossing between sheer cliffs nearly 100 feet above the sea, a boat dunk drill where they will be submerged into the icy ocean and tasked from carrying out essential survival duties, a surfing immersion where they will have to control their panic in an exercise that takes them to the brink of drowning, and much more.”
The exercises are led by former special forces operatives; Directing Staff Agents (DS). Rudy Reyes, Mark “Billy” Billingham, Jason “Foxy” Fox a Jovon “Q” Quarry.
