Denise Richards leveling new claims against her disengaged husband, Aaron Phypersin the midst of their controversial divorce.
“In addition to the repeated abuse committed by Mr Phypers against Ms Richards throughout the marriage of the parties, Mr Phypers has continued to disturb Ms Richards since being served with the suspension order by, among other things, spreading private information from a mobile phone and Ms. Richards laptop, which he styles, he styles, Brett Bermansaid in a statement to Weekly US on Monday, July 21.

Richards ‘statement comes through her attorney a day after Pypers sent a letter to Richards’ family and friends, claiming she needed immediate intervention.

On Sunday, Phypers filed a police report against his disengaged wife, Us reported only. According to a source, Phypers entered Lost Hills station for the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department filed the report for alleged vandalism, theft and attack.
A representative for the Sheriff’s Department confirmed that the report had been filed by Phypers, but could not disclose the details of the allegations.
