Denise Richards‘A disengaged man, Aaron Phypersfiring back to his allegations of domestic violence and sharing alleged evidence of pictures to defend herself, Weekly US can report only.
Pypers, 53, filed his response to Richards’ claims that he was physically aggressive during their marriage on Monday, September 15. He wrote, “I have not required such orders, as I have not mistreated and will not mis -treat it.”
“I haven’t mistreated it, I won’t abuse her and she has been calling me and often message me,” he said.
Phypers included a picture of a crushed mobile phone that Richards allegedly caused in early July.

Pypers also claimed that Richards, 54, was prevented from gaining income, “so she is the only one with income.”
“She should support me,” he said. “I think this entire domestic violence is just a ruse to try to cut me away from being able to get spousal support.”
Pypers said he will prove that Richards’ claims were false and said she had been “calling me through my phone and my dad’s phone,” asking him to call her. “It should be considered harassment, showing that she is not afraid of me and that she is the aggressive one.”
He attached screenshots of alleged calls made to him. Pypers attached a picture of Airtag, an Apple device used for tracking, he believes Richards left in his car.
In addition, the recent incident noted where the police called after she showed the home they once shared to grab a property.
Pypers also denied stealing his laptop or phone. He admitted taking photos of a computer screen from some messages.

He continued, “The other images he claims to have taken from her computer and/or phone are actually photos I took myself and I hold the copyrights to them, so I didn’t need to get her.
He added, “Denise has extremely untidy living habits, so it’s no surprise when he can’t find things. I offered to help him look for these items, but she hadn’t helped her in that search.

Ask yourself, why are you doing this? And for me? I’ve been as good as you, your family and your business. The threats, the stories in the press, the betrayal.
The judge has not yet governed.
As Us Previously reported, a suspension order was given to Richards after Claiming Phypers was aggressive.
In his petition, he wrote, “Throughout our relationship, Aaron often choked me violently, squeezing my head violently with both hands, squeezing my arms tightly, slapping me violently in my face and head, aggressively attacking my head into the bathroom towel rack, threatening to kill me.”
Pypers definitely denied the allegations. He told him before Us.
