New details related to drowning death Emilie and Brady Kiser Son trigg, 3, has emerged following the release of the Police report edited.
The documents, obtained by Weekly US On Friday, August 8, detailing the events that led to Trigg’s death on May 18 After he was unaware of a pit at the influencer’s home in Arizona.
While details of the security photos are editedThe Chandler Police report noted that there were inconsistencies between what the pictures showed Brady’s initial memory of events. The report also noted that the pool was not secured at the time of the incident and the toddler was not adequately supervised outside of playing near the uncovered pool and did not know how to swim.
The police report noted that Trigg had left the home not accompanied by a supervisory adult and Brady was “aware” that his son was playing outside alone.
According to the report, Brady, 28, told officers at the spot he arrived after he called 911 that Trigg had been out of his sight for about “three minutes” or “five minutes” before he saw him in the pool and jumped in immediately to pull him out.
By Brady’s statement, he told an officer, “I didn’t have a clock, obviously, I don’t know the exact time, but it was not minutes, it was seconds, it hadn’t been out of sight for a long time.”
However, the police report also noted that the security pictures did not appear to be in line with Brady versions of events. Inconsistencies included how long trigg was outside before Brady checked on him and Brady reported cases that did not occur on the surveillance camera like saying he saw a triggling “playing on the hay.” Because of this, a second interview was conducted with Brady.
Following the second interview with Brady, the report concluded, “This tragic incident was the result of (trigg) being in the unattended backyard while playing around the pool not secured and unable to swim. It is clear from the video that did not deliberately entered the water, instead tripped and collapsed in while playing with an inflatable chair. “

He was in the water from 18:32:15 until 18:39:07. Brady’s attention is clearly shared and did not see it during the criticism.”
In other statements to Chandler Police Department, Brady and Emilie, 26, noted that Trigg has limited swimming skills.
Brady told the police that Trigg took some lessons and “knew how to kick his feet and rock his arms… but he is not well versed.” He added that his son “knew not to go in the water without us.”
In the meantime, Emilie also confirmed that Trigg had taken some lessons but “don’t really know how to swim.” He added that he knew “how to swim for us and he knew how to climb the wall, but where he fell in was not a wall.”
The documents also noted that a cover did not secure the pool at the time of the incident. Brady and Emilie noted that they usually used a “katchakid” safety net, but this was not in place at the time of the incident. In addition, the documents noted that four backyard entry door doors and the alarm systems did not sound on any of them, none were self-closing and one appeared to be malfunctioning.

Courtesy of Emilie Kiser/InstagramChandler Police Department also included her reasons for presenting the case to the County Attorney Office Maricopa for a review into Abuse of children with criminal negligence claims.
“This collection is based on several factors. Brady knew the pool net was not on the pool. He knew (edited) in the backyard and didn’t know how to swim. According to video evidence, (edited) it was in the backyard unattended for more than nine minutes, and in the water for about seven of those minutes,” read the report. “Brady’s statements do not match what is seen on the video; he did not correctly describe one thing he did after he went outside. This leads to the conclusion that Brady was unaware of what he was doing and did not watch.
Maricopa’s County Attorney Office released a statement on July 25, announcing Brady will not face child abuse accusations Because there is “no likelihood of conviction” following a review of the evidence.
“All cases presented to the Maricopa County Attorney Office is evaluated using the same standard: is there a ‘reasonable likelihood of conviction,'” the statement continued. “Following a careful review of the evidence presented by Chandler PD, it was decided that this case does not meet that standard. The MCAO review of the case included the attorneys allocated to it, together with an experienced senior attorneys and the county’s own attorney.”
Brady’s attorney Flynn Carey responded to the case update through a statement shared with a number of outlets at the time.
“We are grateful to enforce the County’s law and attorney for conducting a thorough investigation and confirming that this is a tragic accident,” read the statement. “Brady remains in the mourning process and is grateful to be with his family as they improve together. We appreciate the compassion and support shown during this difficult time.”
