Bachelorette aum Pappas Deanna revealed that she had been sober for over two months in an emotional plea as she fought her ex-husband, Stephen Staglianoover a visit to their children in the middle of their battle in court custody, Weekly US can report only.
According to a proposal filed by Pappas last week, she admitted breaching an agreement that she reached with Stagliano, who asked them not to drink around the children. He said the offense had taken place on April 3.
Pappas said it had fully complied with all the requirements, which include soberlink tests, for the past 62 days.
In a statement, the former reality -star wrote, “My application is an urgent matter.”

“Since my recovery started, Stephen has denied regular access to me to the children,” said Pappas. “While he acknowledged that I tested cleanly and participated in recovery, he withdrew parenting time unilaterally after my April 3, 2025, losing a test with no basis to continue to do so,” he said.
“He has made inconsistent offers agree to visits and then canceled at the last minute,” he said.

Previously, Pappas, 43, denied mercilessly that she had any problems with alcohol.
In his filing, Stgliano said, “I have emphasized the importance of safety and trust, especially given (pappas’) initial drinking on April 3, 2025, and her rejection to use Soberlink that day.”
“Despite these concerns, I allowed a visit on June 1, 2025,” he said. Stgliano, 41, added Pappas “never recognizes her alcohol use until her former filed nearly two months later – and even then, she attributed it to medical issues rather than recognizing direct use.”
A judge has not yet controlled.

He claimed that he insisted that she came close to him so that he could smell her breath, to decide if she had been drinking.
Police took Pappas into custody. She was released hours later after posting a bond. In court, Pappas said she took a voluntary drug and alcohol test after being released, which came back negatively.

Pappas filed for a preventative order against her ex-husband but dropped weeks later. No charges against her were filed over the incident at her home.
Pappas and Stagliano Wed in October 2011 and divided in January 2023. They share two small children, Addison and Austin. The Exes accelerated a divorce deal in June 2023, where it was agreed to share the legal and physical custody of the children jointly.
The deal included a provision that said neither party was allowed to get drunk in the care of the children.
