De Bruyne hooked on the return after the early red card

Bruyne’s return from Kevin to Manchester City was reduced after Giovanni di Lorenzo was sent to the first half of the Champions League clash to Etihad.

De Bruyne, who joined the Italian giants this summer of Cityzens, was chosen to start with the men of Antonio Conte, as they sought to disturb the side of the Premier League.

But this fairy tale was put into a sudden end when Naples de Di Lorenzo entered Erling Haaland outside his own box.

After initially awarding only one yellow card, the referee was sent to the side monitor of the pitch and updated his decision to a red.

It meant that Conte needed to mix his package, and De Bruyne was the unfortunate man who had to give way to the defender Mathias Oliviera.
