Dalton Smith is delusional or found the key to beat Subriel Matias?

Dalton Smith says he has found a “Weakness” In the game of the WBC Light Welterweight champion, Subriel Matias, who will exhibit when fighting on November 22 in Riyadh.

Smith promoted in Eddie Hearn (18-0, 13 kos) offers no suggestions on what weakness is, but says he studied the loss of Matias against Liam Paro last year to detect them. What Dalton observed is quite evident.

Matias’ game defects:

  • The feet need to be punctured: it cannot punch on the move. Subriel struggles when his opponents run around the ring, as we saw against Paro and Alberto Puello.
  • Vulnerable to Roughouse’s tactics: Paro pushed him and struck Matias constantly with rabbit punch. He did not respond in kind and the referee who worked his struggle did nothing to stop these tactics for Liam.
  • NO JAB: Matias focuses too much on throwing power features and can be nailed on the way.

“Everyone says is the bogeyman. When he fought (Liam) paro, I said,” Don’t surprise if I stop exceeds Matias. “I just found this weak Ring MagazineSpeaking of his fight against WBC champion Light Welterweight, Subriel Matias, on November 22.

Smith, 28, also has weaknesses, starting with his lack of experience against elite competition. He has been well kept by the promoter of Matchroom Hearn, fueled a constant diet of the level C opposition all his career. Dalton’s last two fights against Walid Ouizza and Mathieu Germain were considered to be significant in class for him, but they were not near the same level of talent as Subriel.

Smith has a great deal of consideration for himself, saying he is a “naught “ For Matias, a comment that is difficult to take seriously, given its weak resume. If I really had hit someone well, this observation would make more sense. With his best career wins against Quizza and Germain, all you can say is that it sounds.

If Dalton is exploited by Matias on November 22, Hearn has to see it as a lesson in making parties. It is not fruit to combine a fighter against a weak opposition and then launch them with a world champion without going through a suitable passage phase to prepare them. In this case, Smith should already have fought against this 140 lb contenders:

  1. Jamaine Ortiz
  2. Ernesto Mercado
  3. Lindolfo Delcado
  4. Oscar Duarte
  5. Arnold Barboza Jr.
  6. Sandor Martin
  7. Isaac Cruz
  8. Keyshawn Davis

All of these fighters would probably be easily selling on Dalton Smith. Hearn promotes Ernesto Mercado, and could now have easily fought between him and Smith. Why isn’t it? I think we know the answer.
