Cyril Ramaphos South Africa creates an investigation into the rare persecution of apartheid

South Africa’s President Kirill Ramaphos has announced a court investigation into political interference with apartheid crimes.

The announcement has been held three decades after the completion of the White Minority Rules – and after the survivors of the victims, the victims sued the Ramafosi government because of the lack of justice.

The Commission on Truth and Reconciliation (TRC), established in 1996, revealed the cruelty of the apartheid era, such as murder and torture, but few of these cases progressed to trial.

Announcement of the new request, the presidential statement states that Ramaphos “determines that the real facts will be established and the issue is finalized.”

The investigation is the result of calculated discussions in the Supreme Court, given in 25 families and survivors.

The group, which sued the government for damage worth $ 9 million (6.8 million pounds), says the crimes of the apartheid era have never been properly investigated by the governments that occurred after the racist system.

The plaintiffs include a son Fort Kalat, who was informed as “Cretan Fourth” in 1985..

Their murder of four men caused outrage across the country, and six former police officers eventually confessed to TRCs. They were denied an amnesty commission but never brought to court. All six officers have been killed since then.

Over the years, critics have claimed that after the apartheid of the African National Congress (Ann) has created a secret deal with the former white government and to prevent persecution. Ank denied it.

On Wednesday, the presidency acknowledged that “allegations of impact on delaying or obstructing the investigation and harassment of the crimes of the apartheid era are kept compared to previous administrations.”
