CSK, RCB was discarded when Chris Gayle announces his favorite team by Smash in IPL

Cricerter Chris Gayle, ex -royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), recently revealed his favorite opponent to dominate the Indian Premier League (IPL). Gayle also named two Memorable T20 leagues worldwide, ignoring tournaments such as the Pakistan (PSL) and the Big Bash League (BBL).

Chris Gayle, known as the “Universe Boss”, had been an explosive batter on Cricket T20. He scored more than 14,500 runs in his illustrious race. The left batter has appeared in almost all the great franchise league worldwide, with most of their T20 races at the IPL for RCB and Punjab Kings (PBKs).

On Shubhankar Mishra’s YouTube channel, Chris Gayle was asked about his favorite IPL opponent who dominated. Gayle revealed that he likes to play against strong teams. The veteran workshop stated that he liked to face Kings Xi Punjab (now Kings Punjab) before being part of them.

“You know, I used to be Kings XI Punjab and then I joined. Nah, I like to play against a strong opponent. Although I do not get it so often, but Mumbai,” Gayle said.

When asked if he liked to face Jasprit Bumrah, Gayle said that defeating Mumbai’s Indians gave him a greater sense of satisfaction because they are such strong opponents.

“Yes, when you go to Mumbai, it’s a better feeling. You know, it’s the big guns,” Gayle said.

When asked about his most memorable T20 leagues, Chris Gayle mentioned IPL and CPL. Gayle stated that he won his first title with Jamaica Tallawahs at the Caribbean Premier League. He also recalled his successful career with the Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the IPL, despite not winning a trophy.

“Well, I will mention two. It is the IPL and the CPL. I played the Jamaica Tallawahs. He played for the first time and won the title. The first to lift the cup to the CPL. So it was a great thing.”

“I didn’t get a trophy with RCB but I had a phenomenal race with them. Some great moments I met great people. So yes, it was great.”

Gayle had an IPL race from 2009 to 2021, a representative in Kolkata Knight Riders, Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Punjab Kings. The SouthPaw scored 4,965 runs into 142 games, including six centuries and 31 years, and maintains the record for most six in the IPL history with 357.

Gayle broke a 175 unbeaten against Pune Warriors, setting the highest individual score record in a T20 match. He played 85 games for RCB, scoring 3,163 runs to an average of 43.33 with a strike rate of 152.73.

The batter on his left hand appeared in four seasons for PBKs, scoring 1,339 runs in 41 games to an average of 36.18, including a century and 10 years. He last played his IPL game by PBKs against Mumbai Indians by 2021.

In general, Gayle accumulated 14,562 races of 463 T20 parties, including 22 centuries and 88 years, maintaining the records of most races and centuries.
