Season 4 of Sullivan crossing Will he pick up the pieces after Cal met Maggie’s secret man – but who else is he expected to appear?
Based on the book series by Bringle. Sullivan crossing Focus on Maggie Neurosurgeon (Morgan Kohan) After she moved back home to Rural Nova Scotia to reconnect with her disengaged father, Sully (Scott Patterson). The short getaway turns into Maggie making plans for a future in Sullivan’s cross with Cal’s love interest (Chad Michael Murray).
Initially, season 3 showed the popular series, which started streaming on Netflix in August 2025, cracks in the Maggie and Cal relationship when he wanted to take the next step but she did not. Elsewhere in the show, Maggie brought up her former Liam (Marcus Rosner), a summer fling that appeared as a distant memory.
The rest of the season focused on Maggie and Cal reaching a place where They could move in together. But just as they thought they were facing the biggest obstacle, a guest who checked in at Sullivan’s own crossing revealed to be Liam. Cal then stunned by referring to himself as Maggie’s husband.
Showrunner Roma Roth teased what viewers could Expect from the show going forward.
“I am delighted that Sullivan’s crossing returns for a fourth season,” Roth said in a statement. “Seeing him echoing with a world -wide audience and watching the rates climb has realized a dream. Season 4 will explore the themes of change and transforms so you can expect a completely new set of exciting and emotional challenges for Maggie and Cal.”

Kohan comes back in season 4 to explore Maggie’s personal life, including how Liam fits into it.

In light of Liam’s disclosure, season 4 will show Cal’s respond to Maggie’s unexpected secret. The promotional pictures have suggested a love triangle as Maggie gets himself trapped between a future with cal and past with Liam.
