Cricter ex-Australia Stuart Macgill declared guilty in the case of cocaine supply

The former Australian Cricketter Stuart Macgill has been guilty of being involved in a cocaine agreement between his brother-in-law and a street distributor in Sydney. The old test cricketter admitted the purchase regularly with small amounts of cocaine, but denied knowing that a greater agreement was taking place. Prosecutors argued that the transaction could not have passed without its participation.

While Macgill was acquitted of participating in a single kilogram drug treatment, he was found guilty of a minor charge related to the supply of a prohibited substance. His judgment audience has been postponed for eight weeks.

Stuart Macgill to face the ruling procedures by the end of this year

Macgill allegedly was abducted outside his home in cremator. In a statement to the police, which was read in court, he described being taken to an abandoned house in a bulletin, on the outskirts of Sydney.

He stated that he was beaten, forced to undress, threatened with screw cutters and feared for his life. Macgill will take place in judgment procedures later this year.
