Brewford Trenca coach Bernie ‘The Boxer’ Davis, says that Crawford will not fight the “rear foot” against Canelo Alvarez on September 12. He claims that he will attack Alvarez (63-2-2, 39 kos), seeking to start his unquestionable half-weight holder away from him at the stage of Las Vegas.

The way Bernie talks about Crawford, you would believe that he would erase everyone from 168 to 200. But when you look at Terence’s last performance against Israil Madrimov, it looks like a pure job. It is only fortunate that he would not have to win the struggle of Canelo passing through a room full of poisonous king and hungry wolves, fighting David Benavidez, David Morrell and Dmitry Bivol.
It is difficult to imagine Crawford (41-0, 31 kos) by attacking Canelo as if it were a food dish, due to its inactivity, and two divisions move to fight at 168 for the first time. You could take Terence seriously if you had shown a little courage, increasing in weight and agreed to fight David Benavidez or David Morrell first.
He has only been sitting, aging and happy for Turki Alralikh to fight Canelo without having to risk his back and fight against one of these murderers. You get to work to make a living, having things you are given.
“When you see Crawford, it will go there and be busy with Canelo. Don’t even hesitate,” said Bernie ‘Tha Boxer’ FANT OF THE PRO boxsounds like a Hype man On the shores of the tears, Terence Crawford won against Canelo Alvarez on September 12. “You have never seen Crawford stay in the backfoot in any struggle in your life. Do you understand?”
Well, I remember Crawford struggled at the back against Israil Madrimov and Viktor Postol. He moved a lot in both fights. One of the reasons why Crawford has not fought much at the back is that his opposition has been poor, almost his entire career. Only a good fighter has fought in his 17 years of career, and this is Madrimov. He almost lost him, and he is not even an elite level fighter.
Errol Spence was a ruined fighter when Crawford fought. He had exhausted his 2019 car accident, injuries, inactivity and Jo-yo diet. It was a shell of the fighter who had been when he became a professional.
“It’s the type of type that is going to look for,” Davis said about Crawford. “So wait for him to go for him (Canelo). We will do everything we can do. We will do everything we have to do.
“But one thing you can expect is that Crawford will head towards him, because you can’t beat Canelo at the back forever. You have to go for it. You have to do something, and better than Crawford will come,” said Davis.
Crawford probably does not “step” in enough to make a decision. Once you have a flavor of the power of Alvarez, it will go to a defensive modality, trying to win rounds. This will not work. Do not go to the superstar Canelo doing it, because Gennadiy Golovkin has been tested in his first struggle and Erislandy Lara. The judges focused more on Canelo’s power and ignored GGG and Lara’s fists.
