Manchester United opened its two-game tour after the season in Asia with a facility against Asean All-Stars this afternoon.
The United went up to the east immediately after Sunday’s victory 2-0 over Aston Villa, a result that saw them finished 15th at the Premier League table.
It was a brilliant ending for an unpleasant season that started with Erik Ten Hag at the helm and culminated in Ruben Amorim struggling to make improvements.
Harry Maguire captures an experienced XI united with regular pattern Bruno Fernandes on the bench.
According to reports, Fernandes has an offer on the side of the Saudi League al-Hilal at the table and its future is still uncertain.
There were regular eight of the first team included, as well as the young defender Ayden Heaven, who continues to come up with injury.
Young Jack Moorhouse and Reece Munro also received the opportunity to impress Loverim eager to give more opportunities for academy graduates the following season.
Manchester United: Onana; Maguire, Sky, Munro; Dalot, Dorgu, Casemiro, Ugarte; Moorhouse, Maino, Hojlund
