Manchester United entered the home game this afternoon with West Ham still mounting the ridge of the wave generated by the magnificent Thursday’s performance against Athletic Bilbao.
The United reserved possibly his two best exhibitions of the season for the Basque, and made a 3-0 victory in San Mames with a 4-1 victory at Old Trafford in the middle of the week to cross the Europa League final and a Tottenham meeting.
Its league form is still problematic. They have not won in six and a 15th lag on the table.
West Ham is one of the few parts in an even worse career. Graham Potter’s men have won none of their last eight games and resident 17th, only one place outside the relegation zone, although without any chance to go down.
Ruben Amorim made six changes to the team that worked so well a week.
The two -goal hero, Mason Mount, begins with Amad Diallo, Harry Amina and Robbie Minoo, taken to the middle field.
Luke Shaw and Altay Bayindir also enter Andre Onana, Alejandro Garnacho, Harry Maguire, Victor Lindelof, Casemiro and Patrick Dorgu.
United Manchester: Bayindir; Mazraoui, Joro, Shaw; Amat, Ugart, Mino, Amess; Mount, Fernand, Hojlund
