Confirmed alignments as Amorim makes six changes ago

There are three changes for the hammers with Vladimír Coufal, Guido Rodríguez and James Ward-Prowse for Emerson, Lucas Pocket and Niclas Fullkrug.

Jarrod Bowen will begin in attack.
