Commissioner FCC wants to move the power of the outdated media out of the national to local hands

With confidence in Hereditary media Allegedly collapsing, the FCC Commissioner Brendan Car suggested that the decision was clear – the switching from the national goalkeepers and back to local hands.

“So much of this is due to national programmers now, whether it is ABC, CBS or NBC,” he continued, “so one of the things we are trying to do with the FCC is how we expand the capabilities of the local, hold the power of these national programmers, so that these broadcasters can actually serve its local communities.”
