Cocoa gauff Finally has finally won the French Open.
Supermarket listed tennis, 21, number 1 Sabalenka On Saturday, June 7. Gauff lost the first set 6-7 but raled to win the next two sets 6-2 and 6-4, respectively. The duo met previously in the 2023 Open world, which also won Gauff.
The fight was the first to include the No. 1 Seed Player and No. 2 in Paris since Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova face off in 2013.
Gauff shared two photos in her Instagram story which offered a glimpse of her tournament decision. One was a picture of her hand holding a reading piece of paper, “I will win French Open 2025” several times. Gauff explained, “Ignore my handwriting but I saw @gabbythomas doing this. Had to do the same lol.”
The second picture was a screenshot of a note that saved a gauff in his phone. The original note, dated June 8, 2021, read, “I had a dream last night that I will win the French Idk Open if it is true or this year is open French but (i) had a dream back.” He headed the second picture, “Ignore the typos but look at a date. If you can dream it, you can do it.”
