Wankhed Stadium witnessed an emotional celebration and light light on Friday, May 16 as an Indian cricket star Rohit Sharma was honored with a booth called after him by Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA). In a ceremony attended by legends and dignitaries of Cricket, former leader of India Ravi Shastri He stole the show with his trademark, offering Rohit a shameless challenge that left everyone in divisions.

As the event progressed and the formalities were underway, Shastri, known for his animated comment and his charismatic personality, went to Rohit with his trademark. The two shared a warm hug, a moment that reflected the camaraderie they had built over the years in the Indian dressing room.
After greeting Rohit with a warm hug, Shastri handed a line only that he could: “Add this” pointing to the recent start -up. The quip, perfectly timed and delivered with the iconic tone of Shastri, sent Rohit to a laugh. An emotional moment for the Indian pattern
Rohit, accompanied by his proud parents who honored the stand, went to the crowd with a visible excitement. Hitman confessed that he had never imagined a tribute during his life.
“I had never dreamed of what would happen today. You try to get a lot of milestones, but something is really special, because Wankhede is an emblematic stage and so many memories have been here.” Rohit said.
In addition to Rohit, the MCA also paid tribute to two other parties: former Captain of India Ajit Wadekar and the President of the Ex-BCCI Sharad Pawar.
