Clint Eastwood refuses to slow when he turns 95, working on a new movie

In a recent interview with Austrian newspaper Kurie, The legendary actor and director, who was 95 years old on Saturday, showed that he was in the previous production of the new film, disclosing the rumors that “jury 2” in 2024 will become his last film.

“There is no reason why a man cannot recover with age,” he explained. “And I have a lot more experience today. Of course, there are directors who lose touch at a certain age, but I’m not one of them.”

Istwood launched his acting career in 1954 when provided a contract with Universal Pictures. Initially, he fought for the roles and took on minor parts in the films, including “Tarantula” 1955 and “Revenge creature” before Universal stopped his contract in 1955.

“I always knew you could get further with a positive attitude to life than negative,” he said. “You don’t have to see a glass half empty. And I had such a feeling when I was 25 years old as a novice actor, to whom many producers said I was unsuccessful. I even heard a small voice when I said you could do it.”

Istwood also shared his thoughts on the current state Hollywood movies, Solving the spread of sequel, remakes and franching films.

“We live in the era of Remakes and the franchise,” he said. “I shoot a long time, but I was not interested in a long time. My philosophy: do something new or stay at home.”

Istwood, who was married twice and had several long -term partners, is the father of eight children, including the daughter Laurie, 69, daughter Kimber, 60 years old, son Kyle, 57 years old Daughter Alison, 53Son Scott, 39, daughter Catherine, 37, daughter Francesco, 31 years old, and daughter Morgan, 28.

During the interview with the Courie, Istwood asked if his partners were disturbed when he worked with some of the most beautiful Hollywood actress.

“Women in my life always knew that I would not leave them just because I was flirting with other women,” he said. “I am satisfied with my life. At some point, I was always older than my wives, but I feel as young as they are at least thought.”

“And physical terms I am still all good, so I hope no one will be about me long,” he added.

Istwood also explained why he believes he continues to find success after his career covers seven decades.

“I didn’t repeat myself, I didn’t always shoot the same movie, I always tried something new,” he said. “New genre, another role.”
