Rob Low In his life he received aging advice, one – Clint Istwood, if he continues to accept his 60s.
During the conversation with AarpLow explained that the unnamed 70-year-old “idol” advised him “to dial” when he was aging. In a typical Lowe fashion, he decided instead “dial it”.
This mentality made him get serious injuries on holidays.

In August, Low talked to Howard Stern on his show about his aging philosophy.
“I tried to become the best I can be out of eight years,” he said On “Show” Howard Stern.
“Not only is it physical. People always say, ‘What does it mean to be young and all this? “And frankly, I feel like you know this: this is an internal job.

“Like, think what the young: youthful children, what are children? They are interesting, they are enthusiastic, they are interested, they are interestedwithAnd they are not checked. When we get old, they are harder and harder for us, ”Low said.
“So you don’t have such qualities, it doesn’t matter if you have a wonderful face and a 32-inch waist; no one will say you are young,” he said.
On the eve of its 60th anniversary in March 2024, Low said “Healthy readers digest” Something he looks forward to in the next decade.

“I remember 40, I remember 50 and go in 60, feels My God. My God. My God. And then, when you approach, I’m a psyche.
“Every year we get, we’re lucky. Many people do not get (birthdays) and I feel like I am the best version of myself, which I have been,” Low said at the time. “I felt in this way at 40 and 50. If someone continues to study and press and challenge myself and remain interested and interesting, the age is really nothing but a number.”

Now Low is looking forward to greeting some grandchildren.

“I have probably an excessively inappropriate interest in the love of my sons – because I will be a grandmother. It is better to happen!” Low said Aarp.
