Ratcliffe said the CIA should continue to respond to the threats that China creates “with urgency, creativity and cereals.”
“I have strengthened the CIA leadership team to take more risks, wisely and aggressively seek short-term and long-term opportunities that give the US the advantage to keep China in our rear view window. It will be not easy, but I promise to be responsible for helping us,” he added.
