Christy Carlson Romano She said her life has “changed intensely” since she was shot in her face while celebrating her husband’s birthday.
The actress offered fans another insight into her recovery when she shared a new video by Instagram On Thursday, February 27. “It’s been 3 weeks since I was shot in the face and my life has changed intensely,” he wrote in the heading of the video.
“I feel more grateful than I’ve ever felt in my life and I heal very well. Every day, for me, is a gift, ”he continued. “I used to be so shut off about sharing the things in my life I loved to love in case I was judged. Now I don’t care. “
The actress nominated by Emmy went on to promise fans that he would “share more about my hobbies, passions, comedy, family, only things I care about,” as she continues her recovery.
“I may be singing in the car, maybe my obsession with skin care and beauty, or fashion, or cooking, or I acted as a complete weirdo with my husband,” he explained. “If it brings me joy and it doesn’t hurt anyone, I do.”
He added, “Also, as I told you @TheBredanRooney I was shot, and I’m going to eat all the damn Oreos, wherever and whenever I want!”
Romano revealed In a video posted via Instagram on February 7, she had been shot in the eye while she and her husband were shooting clay pigeons. “So I was shot in the eye. It wasn’t fun, ”he explained at the time.
“I am very grateful to first responders as a whole,” he continued. “That is, they are just the most wonderful people like superheroes to look after us on our most dire time.”
Then Romano distorted towards her eye, telling her supporters that her injury was “very bad tonight.”
“Everything is kind of clearing out. But, I can say that I was shot in the face and lived to tell the story. ”He finished,“ Be grateful for every day. ”
In the header of his video, Romano went to more details about what happened that day. “We had another party and they fired unsafe in the wrong direction and shot me in my face,” he wrote.
“I was struck in 5 places, one was less than an inch of striking me directly in my right eye,” continued the headline. “Unfortunately a piece was lodged behind my eye and is too enterprising to get rid of a surgeon at this time. Doctors will continue to monitor me (I can usually see at the moment). “
He added, “With everything that happened, all I can think of is how grateful I am alive. I love my daughters, husband, family, and friends so much. I saw my life flashing in front of my eyes and I tell you, embracing the people around you every opportunity you can. Life can change in an instant. 🙏. “
