Christopher Schwarzenegger smashed his long weight loss journey.

I was on this big tour. I made it a big (deal) like, ‘Oh, I’m going to go out and do all these things, be in Australia,’ and I saw how much my weight was banning me from doing the daily activities.”
One activity that Christopher was sadly skipped out on was airbreak. “I was like, ‘I want to go to sky.’ And my friends were like, ‘yes, no shot,’ ”he explained. “I was like, ‘yes, I can’t air.’”
During the panel, Christopher said he had “tried everything” to deal with his weight battles over the years. “I was doing things distributing meals in high school, and I remember feeling like weirdo when I was bringing strange dinners to school,” he shared. “It’s not an overnight, but it took a lot of trial and mistake. And even to this day … when you say, ‘Oh, before and after pictures’ … I don’t feel I’m ‘after’ again. I don’t feel like I’m on the point.”

He also revealed he lost 30 pounds in less than two months after choosing to surrender bread for this year’s Christian season. “I was like, ‘Well, if I give up bread, I might also seize the chance and I’m a good Catholic boy, so I’m not going to cut it,'” he said. “And that was my same rule. I was like, ‘I’m not going to break Lent.’ And so, I lost 30 lbs only. ”
Christopher showed his body’s transformation at Saturday’s event via simple white button shirt sports, black trousers and white sneakers. The panel marked one of the first time Christopher had opened in public for his weight loss.

Christopher is the youngest of Arnold, 77, and four children of his ex-wife Shriver, including Katherine, 35, Christina, 33, and Patrick, 31. Arnold also shares his son Joseph, 27, with Mildred Patricia Baena.
Back in February, Christopher supported his older brother Patrick in the Premiere Season 3 of The white lotus in Los Angeles. The brothers and sisters pose red carpet pictures with their sisters, Shriver, 69, Katherine’s husband, Chris Prattand Patrick’s fiancé, Abby champion.
