Fulton said she was “heartbreaking” and loved Weston. However, she has not apologized to her and has not shown any “repentance” or “accountability,” he added.

“Weston has a long history of mental and psychological disorder and a history of performing a violent and battery attack and damaging many individuals,” read Fulton Court filing. “Nicolas has been aware of the history of Weston and nevertheless failed to act to prevent Weston from committing acts of violence and harm.”
