England may have to continue the final test against India without Chris Wokes after the fast diaper maintained a possible dislocated shoulder on the opening day (Thursday, July 31) in the oval. Gus Atkinson said it would be surprised that Woakes could play another role in the fifth test game.
Chris Wokes injured his left shoulder while in the field during the 57th in India’s entrances. Karun Nair drove the ball ahead of half and Woakes headed for the limit, making a diving effort to stop it.
The Pealer avoided a four, but fell badly on his shoulder and had a pain visibly. Well Davies, England, Ben Davies went out into the field and used a jumper as a heavy before searching. The injury has aroused concerns about its availability throughout the rest of the game.

After the end of the 1st, Gus Atkinson opened by Chris Wokes’ injury. Speaking to the BBC Test Match, he said that the situation did not seemed promising and mentioned that the team had not yet had detailed debates.
“It does not look fantastic. We haven’t talked about it yet. I will be surprised if I participate in the game,” said Atkinson.

Chris Woakes was the only bowling in England to perform the five tests in the series. The Pealer of his right arm managed to say goodbye Kl Rahul by 14. However, his global performance was bewildering, ending the day with figures of 1 for 46 of 14 points.
When asked about the added pressure on the bowling unit after Chris Wakes injury, Gus Atkinson said he was waiting for the batters to settle and spend time in the fold. He added that this would give the bowls the possibility of recovering and returning louder to the second post.
“Hopefully the batters can put us and give us time to refresh us and be ready to shoot in the second post.” Atkinson added.
Atkinson collected two doctors from his 19 points. You may have to lead the bowling attack if Woakes is ruled out for the rest of the game. The remaining bowls on the line have only 18 testing of evidence between them.
Gus Atkinson also talked about his recent struggles with injuries. The young man, 27, described in recent months as a frustrating because of a problem of the hamstrings that kept him out of action. Atkinson said he was pleased to be in shape for the final game.
“It has been frustrating, very stopped and starting. I returned from the Champions Trophy and I had a few weeks of rest, I played a few games in the county and then the test against Zimbabwe in which I unfortunately hurt myself. I didn’t play much cricket so I liked that I was available to play in this last test, I feel good now so it’s great. I felt fresh. It’s a shame just playing a test but feels good. “
India ended on day 1 204 for 6 after 64 points. Karun Nair scored about 52 unbeaten runs, while Washington Sundar was 19. For England, Atkinson and Josh Tongue claimed two doctors each.
