Chris Pratt acknowledges how difficult it is to step in and become a parent – just like his wife, Katherine Schwarzeneggerdid.
“It’s a tough work. Parenting is a bit like Mo-Cap acting because, in the end, you don’t get the credit you deserve,” Pratt, 46, shared during an appearance in conjunction with Schwarzenegger, 35, on the “Parenting and you with Dr. Shefali” Podcast on Tuesday, July 15. (The actor referred to acting holding a proposal where actors wear sensors to record physical movements, which is later converted into animation.)

“I’m looking to my mum for everything,” he said. “I call her with everything, I talk to her about everything, whether she’s a wife, mother and even in Llysfam, I’m talking to her about all those dynamics. She’s the most wisdom fountain I could ever have. I really think she has led by example. I watch everything she does.”
Apart from dealing with parenting difficulties, Schwarzenegger and Pratt are also busy with children themselves.
In November 2024, the couple expanded their family again when they Welcome Ford’s son.
“We are delighted to announce the birth of our son, Ford-Fitzgerald Schwarzenegger Pratt,” Pratt and Schwarzenegger wrote in Instagram joint a statement at the time. “Mama and baby are doing well and Ford’s siblings are delighted as it arrives. We feel so wonderful and grateful.”
