In Chapter 2 of the new Docuseries, broadcast on Monday, September 1, Chase, 29, and opened his family for the highs and lows that came with reality television fame. Fans were first presented to the Chrisleys in 2014 thanks to USA Network’s Chrisley knows best. The series and its side -effect, Grow up Chrisleycancel them after Melt and Julie Chrisley Sentenced to 19 years combined in prison for avoiding multiple tax and bank fraud payments.
“I made 100 percent the show for granted,” Chase said in a confession on Monday. “It was the best job in the world. After my parents got away, when I started drinking, I would come and go and come. (I wasn’t) set myself any boundaries and I had no one to tell me no.”
Chase was arrested in January on a simple battery charge after being named as a suspect in an alleged attack in an Atlanta bar. He was taken into police custody and later released on a $ 10,000 bond.
Chase told the lifetime cameras that he didn’t “remember much” from the night the incident happened but insisted he wouldn’t “slap someone.” (In a police report, the manager claimed that Chase was “obvious” and “slapped in his face twice” after asking him to leave the bar.)
“Everyone there says I didn’t put my hands on anyone, but I mean, it ended with me with a mugshot. I think I’m kinda just hit the rock bottom,” said Chase, admitting he’s been “heavy drinking.”

“When I had to find out about my son’s arrest while I was in prison, it makes me afraid,” said Julie, 52, in a sound of a prison phone call. “The worst possible thing as a parent you can think of is the thought he is leading himself in a way that leads him down a bad path. He’s just, he breaks my heart.”
Todd, 56, was a little less heartbreaking. “I don’t know I was shocked, because I had been warning Chase for years to stop with drinking. There is nothing in a bar that was going to bring you a good fortune,” he said in his own phone call.
Later a video message was shown to viewers Todd the night before He and Julie reported to prison In 2023. In the clip, Todd told his son that he loved him and encouraged him to stop partying. “Do you never give up in life, and more importantly, don’t give up yourself,” Todd added.
Chase love, Jodi Laine FourneratRecognizes that the couple gone through a “difficult time” because of his drinking habits. His brothers and sisters Savannah and Grayson Chrisley appears exasperated by his behavior.
“The same set of parents who lost is the same set I lost,” said Grayson, 19, while sitting down with Todd’s mother, Nanny faye. “But I’m not going to sit there and hold his hand ‘because I’ve already been his big brother. It’s not one for me.”
Savannah, meanwhile, admitted that her first mind After the arrest of Chase was, “Dear God, may I change my last name please?” She further claimed to get into great difficulty in helping her brother before things became “downhill.”
“I’ve tried. I’ve tried to help him. Before he was arrested, I had set up for him to go to a treatment facility. I had already bought him a plane ticket. We had already gone through the whole intake process,” he said. “And then he told me to go eff.”
While Chase told the cameras he had pumped the brakes on his party for his “mental health,” Savannah was not sure. “It doesn’t look healthy,” he claimed.
Before Todd and Julie be pardon and release from prison In May, Chase heard from his father about his battery arrest. “My father didn’t call me out or anything,” Chase remembered. “I think he was just more disappointed. I would rather him asted me out than to be disappointed. Like, that’s the worst thing to hear.”
