The Mexican brand Charly has presented its Heritage 2025 collection, an elegant tribute to both the rich history of football and its wider cultural roots.
The capsule has four football style t -shirts with coincident caps, each with symbolism.
The first t -shirt comes green with red and white cuts, once unmistakable in the Mexican flag and the kits of the national team. An elegant black and golden design and a crunchy black and white sweater recalls the classic Mexico kits, while the warm shirt of wine and golden The tri Changed to green house kits in the late 1950’s.
All four have a prominent Quetzalcoatl, the harlier snake deity of Aztec mythology and a subtle Aztec style motif that runs through the three frontal stripes: a header in the ancient history of Mexico.
Completing the design, “Mexico” is bravely printed on the back, driving home the message of cultural pride.
Charly Sports Marketing Director Mauricio RodrÃguez Vallejo explained: “We wanted to share the rich culture of Mexico beyond stereotypical representations in the hope that it will resonate with the Mexicans, the North -American Mexicans and those deeply rooted in football culture.”
