The duo met while working together on the song March 2021 “Spinning.” Daniel also assisted the singer “Boom Clap” with various songs on her Accident Album, released in March 2022. Rumors were spotted dating shortly afterwards, and a picture of the couple was later taken holding on a romantic tour in New York City.
Charli made her relationship with the 1975 drummer in May in May of that year with an Instagram photo. Since then it has made the rare appearance on its social media pages. Daniel, for his part, is not a frequent social media user, so there are very few jobs of Charli on his pages.
While the couple had a low key relative, Charli briefly discussed how to be with Daniel has allowed her to change her attitude towards making music.

Six months later, the duo announced that they had taken their relationship to the next level when Daniel proposed.
Following the engagement announcement, Cyd.fand Daniel Matty Healy leave a sweet comment responding to her love. “I’m crying,” he wrote.

After they collaborated on Charli’s Accident An album, fans started to guess that the Deos were more than friends. He later faced photos of Charli and Daniel holding hands in NYC on -lein later.
