ReutersSudan leads the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to the International Court (CU), accusing him of supporting Sudan’s paramilitary forces in the Civil War.

An unnamed UAE official said “the accusations presented by the SAF representative of the CU have no legal or actual basis, which presents another attempt to divert attention from this gaith war.”
UN experts that track the arms embargo on Darfur have previously described allegations of UAE Weapand Smugging via Chad.
The ICD consultative opinion is not legally mandatory, but still has considerable political weight.
