On Sunday, Australia started a solar race, and 34 teams from around the world are fighting for winning the Bridgestone 2025 Bridgeestone world solar call.
The teams were greeted by people who were waiting to see how vehicles were sent to them 3000 kilometers (1864 mile) traveling on the hinterland, from Darwin to Adelaide.
The first vehicles are expected to arrive in Adelaide on August 28 and the event will be closed on August 31.
