But can Mocttail actually help reduce cortisol? We talked to medical workers to find out if there are any real benefits.
Cortisol is a stress hormone in the body that supports blood pressure and electrolytes, says that, says Dr. Marylin TanEndocrinologist and Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Stanford Medical School.

Experts say the ability of this viral layout to reduce cortisol.
“I do not know any research that considered the impact of these individual ingredients on the level of cortisol,” Tan says.
And Lee agrees: “There are no great studies about anything.”
Lee points to the “Internet medical” as a reason that things such as cortisol tendency are on the Internet. “I guess it’s fast, easy, viral clicks,” Lee says.
“I think many people notice what feels better, but there are a number of reasons they feel better.”
One of the reasons may be that the combination of ingredients in cartisol can make you feel more moisturized, from which most people can benefit, Tan says.
“It’s kind of Gatorade with orange juice, salt and magnesium. People often think it can help in a dream or help on vacation,” she says.
“There are no big randomized, controlled magnesium and the quality of sleep and stress like themselves. But if it helps people sleep better, it can also help in common well -being and health.”
“None of the (ingredients), separately, in fact, is known to reduce stress, except perhaps magnesium,” Lee says. “I think it’s just nice.”
While cortisol cocktail for most is harmless and can be great for hydration, both experts warn people with certain conditions to avoid his drinking, and advise you to talk to your doctor before doing so.
Magnesium and potassium intake can harm people with chronic kidney disease, and sugar can be troublesome for people who have diabetes.
