Pregnant Mahomes of Brittany he chose a cozy game day, cheering on a man Patrick Mahomes and his Kansas City Chiefs teammates on television.
“Baking and watching Daddy,” Brittany, 29, wrote via Instagram Story on Wednesday, December 25, referring to her husband Patrick’s away game in Pittsburgh.
Pictured, a 3-year-old girl from Brittany and Sterling wore matching beige-and-white flannel pajama sets while baking up a storm in their kitchen. Patrick’s mother joined them, Randiand his younger sister Mia.
“Already on our second box of baking,” wrote Brittany, showing their festive cupcakes.
Brittany and Sterling bake during Patrick’s holiday game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. While the treats were in the oven, they had the opportunity to sharpen the football game with 21-month-old Efydd.
“Game day snuggles,” Brittany captioned a follow-up Instagram photo with Bronze.
Earlier on Wednesday, Patrick, 29, joked in a pre-recorded recording The Netflix interview that Brittany is due to give birth to baby No. 3 “any day now.”
“Brittany says I’ve been stressing her too much this season,” Patrick asked the sports broadcaster Kay Adams. “So, I have to try not to stress her so much through these football games – and have fun.”
He added, “Hopefully, God is working the right way and we can have that baby on the bye week somewhere. Then everything will work out perfectly. “
Patrick further gushed that his wife, who started dating in high school, deserves the MVP trophy this NFL season.
“MVP ’cause she’ll go in (to the playoffs) and she’ll crush it,” Patrick said. “We’ll have three babies and I can take a long break and focus on playing football and raising those babies.”
Wednesday’s game is one of the last regular season games of the year.
“Every time you play the Steelers, you know it’s going to be a battle,” Patrick teased. “They’re going to give you their best shot every time – and it’s a great football team. That is why they are in the position they are in. It’s going to be a great game, we’re going to be in a great environment in Pittsburgh and I’m excited for it.”
Because Patrick played football on Christmas dayhe celebrated the Christmas holidays with Brittany and the kids earlier this week.
“Christmas with the Mahomeses really goes after kids,” he told Adams in the Netflix segment. “Santa leaves surprises for the children. Seeing them grow up and understand what the holidays are about; I do those traditions now. I hope to have some that I will have for the rest of my life.”
