Brittany Cartwright firmly in his stance about not coming back along with Jax Taylor – But that wasn’t always the case.

When discussing her decision to end her marriage, Cartwright admitted that she “felt so dumb”Go back to Taylor.
“I feel like I’ve gained so much more strength and I’m going into such a better space. I’m so much happier and so much more confident since I left it,” he continued. “If I went back to that, I feel my peace would all get a mess again.”
Bravo viewers have had a front row seat for cartwright and the rise and decline of Taylor since they started dating on VanderPump Rules. After documenting their 2019 names for the show, the pair announced that they were leaving a year later and taking a break from reality TV before returning The valley.
Just before the spinoff performed for the first time in early 2024, Cartwright and Taylor announce that they are separating.
“So many of you have been asking me for Jax and I and our relationship. I think it’s important to be real and honest with you guys because we’ve shared so much of our life with you,” said Cartwright on the February 2024 episode of the “When Reality Hits” podcast. “I don’t want him to seem like I lie or anything like that. So I think it’s important for me to say this.”
He continued: “With all the speculation of -lein and stories running rampantly, I wanted to be transparent with you. Yes, weddings are very difficult, and I had a particularly rough year. Jax and I take a separate time and I made the decision to move into another home to take up some space for my mental health. This is still talking.
Subsequently, Cartwright filed for a divorce after Taylor checked himself to a mental health facility later that year. Recently revealed that he had been Substance abuse issues fight for more than two decades.
“I’ve been dealing with this on and off since I was 23 and now I’m 45. There were times where I’d stop doing it, but then there were times where I’d get heavy on it,” he said on the “Mic Mic” podcast earlier this month. “This year was probably the hardest year of my life.”

Taylor admitted His captivity aggravated ” in the midst of his divorce. “I’ve been doing it for a long time but the addiction got worse during my divorce and during my separation,” continued. “I literally lost control. I hit the bottom of the rock and I had to go rehabilitation.”
Cartwright subsequently protected her knowledge of Taylor’s addiction battles, as well as her efforts to get help for him.
“Unfortunately his addiction has done irreversible damage to my son and I,” wrote Cartwright, who shares Cruz’s 3 -year -old son with Taylor, via Instagram. “I’ve spent years trying to help him. I wish more than anyone I could say how proud I am of him today but I would lie. His actions will speak for themselves.”.
Cartwright also addressed a criticism of staying with Taylor. “And for those who ask why I waited if I knew he had a problem all these years,” he concluded. “You can’t help with who you fell in love. I’ve done everything I could to get the help he desperately needed. Unfortunately, I was naive and believed his empty promises and pleas to change for years.”
