In the midst of their divorce – and his sobriety journey – Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor separates their business efforts starting with their joint podcast.
“I’m so excited because I’ve just finished my shooting to do the whole re -fland about ‘When Reality Hits,'” Said Cartwright, 36, by Instagram On Sunday, March 9. “I take over completely and I can’t wait for you to see this photoshoot.”
He continued: “This is going to be so much fun. ‘When reality strikes’ goes to another level and I’m so ready for this. “
The pair before launched their podcast in 2023 and continue to work together in the middle of their separation a year later. After Cartwright filed for a divorce in 2024, he confirmed that they would record separate chapters going forward. Cartwright’s chapters have not been renamed while Taylor, 45, has branched out with “In the Mind of A Man” installments.

Cartwright’s decision for their professional collaborations comes less than a week after Taylor came clean for his battles with cocaine.
“I have substance problems – mainly with cocaine. It’s hard to say loudly, ”he said on Bravo’s“ Hot Mic ”podcast. “I’ve been dealing with this on and off since I was 23 and now I’m 45. There were times where I would stop doing it, but then there were times where I would get heavy on it. ”
Taylor acknowledged his ongoing problems with Cartwright. “This year was probably the hardest year of my life,” he detailed. “I’m going through a divorce at the moment, which is extremely difficult. When Brittany and I (in 2024) separated, that was when the bondage deteriorated. I’ve been doing it for a long time but the bondage got worse during my divorce and during my separation. I literally lost control. I hit the bottom of the rock and I had to go rehabilitation. “
Taylor specifically discussed how outside of factors cause his marriage to come to end.
“We will store all this anger throughout the day and then we will go home for lunch. Who is in my target line? Brittany. She did nothing. But I’m so angry with my anger issues as I would just pull it out on it and it wasn’t fair. And I knew what I was doing, ”he explained. “The only time that Brittany and I have never annoyed is the next day after a bender for me. That’s the only time I’ve ever had a shouting game. I’ve never made a sober shouting game with Brittany. But unfortunately, I was making drugs so much. “
Cartwright offered her side of the story during Friday’s chapter, March 7, of “When Reality strikes,” saying, “This is horrific, it has not changed. He tries to act publicly like him is this mental health advocate and this is and is so much better, and he gives all these excuses and does all these victims’ mindset. And I was like, ‘It’s not fair.
