Atlanta real housewives star Brit eady takes legal action against Bravo.
Eady filed a $ 20 million legal case against the network on Thursday, June 5, for defamation, deliberately causing emotional distress, false light, sexual harassment, hostile work environment and more following her experience in filming season 16, according to court documents obtained by Weekly US.
In particular, the suit addresses an event being broadcast on the April 6 episode of Atlanta real housewives.

After the event, Bravo investigation conducted and decided Moore Unable to film with the cast for the rest of the season.
According to the legal case of Eady, Bravo is claimed to “know that the photograph did not depict (EADY) or, at least, without very negligent in failing to learn that the photograph was not depicting (EADY).”
Despite repeatedly Eady’s requests before the chapter’s broadcast to see the photograph in question, it is alleged that the defendants did not show her. As a result, the legal case of Eady claims that Bravo “contributed to a hostile work environment for (EADY) and is sexually harassing (EADY) through her (she) to unwanted, offensive and sexual behavior and comments based on her gender.”

Gizelle Hernandez/BravoIn the legal case, Eady requires punitive compensation and immediately removes the chapter of public access on all platforms. If the defendants failed to appear, the Eady team asked for a verdict of not less than $ 20 million.
Weekly US reached out to the Bravo and Eady attorney for comments. Moore is not listed as a defendant in the case.
On Thursday, Eady, 37, and Moore, 54, announced that they would not attend Atlanta real housewives Season 16 tapping reunion.
“I’m disappointed not to be involved in tapping #Rhoa 16 reunion today,” Moore wrote By x at the time. “Know that I take full accountability for my actions and apologize deeply to everyone affected including Brittney, the cast, the crew, the guests and the spectators. I look forward to seeing you all back on Bravo soon.”
Eady also confirmed through the Instagram story that she personally made the decision not to attend the reunion tapping.
“This season’s events have been destroyed, and although I can’t say much at the moment, I want to set the record straight for one thing: the graphic sexual picture around the events in chapter 5. I wasn’t that picture,” he wrote. “As the episode made clear, I did not see the picture at the time. Instead, I was made aware that the picture was presented at the event, and based on what I was told, assuming it was somehow a picture of me.”
Eady added, “I don’t know who he was in that picture, but seeing it for the first time lately, I know now that it wasn’t me.”
