Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia celebrates putting on 11lbs as she continues to progress from her cleavage Zach Bryan.
The podcast host shared the details of her weight gain via video post through TikTok on Thursday, December 27.
“We have exciting news. I think I’ve gained 11 pounds. I know, I know,” LaPaglia, 25, happily announced in the clip. “And it’s great and it’s great because I have an appetite again, I’m eating. I’m like, b–ch, you haven’t eaten in a year but maybe relax a little.”
LaPaglia went on to explain why she was so excited about gaining weight, sharing that initially lost weight due to the stress of dealing with her breakup with Bryan, 28.
“If you’re confused, I lost a lot of weight. It was a toxic, terrible, horrible situation. And I was mentally going through something bad but I couldn’t eat and I became skin and bones so I started force feeding myself noisy food,” he said. “Like, I’ve been eating pasta, fast food – anything that’s junky, that’s going to make me gain weight.”
The “BFFs” podcast host went on to detail some of the physical changes she has experienced recently.

“The jeans are starting to fit around my hips. Not baggy on my hips anymore. Double chin, coming back! I don’t know if he actually left that,” he said. “These are things that make me feel happy, make me feel good. It took me like, I want to say three months to get my appetite back. And like I said, I literally feel like, I’m like ravenous.”
He continued: “It can happen and gaining weight is not a bad thing. Sometimes it can be a very good thing. And a very good sign that things are going well.”
In October, LaPaglia claimed she was “blind” when the country music star publicly announced via her Instagram that the former couple had split.
The following month, LaPaglia shared via a TikTok video that she was too upset to eat as a result the breakdown of her relationshipcausing her to unintentionally lose 15 pounds.
“It’s not because I didn’t want to eat. I was physically sick from what I was going through mentally,” he explained. “When you’re constantly in fight or flight, your body is so anxious to the point where you throw up, you can’t eat, you can’t hold anything down.”
