Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia rocked her solo appearance on the Golden Globe Awards after splitting it from Zach Bryan.
LaPaglia, 25, walk the red carpet solo on Sunday, January 5, in a low-cut gown with a darker color. He previously attended the 2024 broadcast with Bryan, 28, and his then-boyfriend Grace O’Malley. The “BFFs” podcaster and O’Malley, 26, set on the red carpet together before meeting Bryan, 28, inside.
LaPaglia began dating “Something in Orange” singer Bryan in 2023. After he announced their allegedly amicable split in October 2024, LaPaglia said on her “BFFs” podcast. that she was blindsided by his decision and also claimed that Bryan disapproved of her Golden Globes outfit. “He said he didn’t want to date someone who presents themselves like that,” LaPaglia claimed on her podcast in November 2024. “It ruined my night. Everything good, anything good I did for me, he sure ruined it for me.”
LaPaglia had also accused Bryan of emotional abuse and steals her pet cat. She further claimed that he initially asked her to sign a $12 million non-disclosure agreement in exchange for not talking about it, but she refused to comply.
Bryan has never publicly responded to her accusations after the breakup was initially announced.
“Address something: Brianna and I have broken up together (sic) and I respect and love her with every ounce of my heart,” Bryan written via Instagram Story in October 2024. “She has loved me unconditionally for a very long time and for that I will always thank her.”

“We have exciting news. I think I have gained 11 pounds. I know, I know,” he said in a TikTok video last month. “And it’s great and it’s great because I have an appetite again, I’m eating. I’m like, bitch, you haven’t eaten in a year but maybe relax a bit.”
According to LaPaglia, she allegedly “lost a lot of weight” following the breakup drama.
“It was a toxic, terrible, horrible situation and I was going through something bad mentally but I couldn’t eat and I was reduced to skin and bones,” she said. “So, I started force feeding myself s—-the food. Like, I’ve been eating pasta, fast food – anything that will make me gain weight.”
The 82nd annual Golden Globes air live on Sunday, January 5, 2025, on CBS at 8 pm ET. The ceremony will also be streamed live on Paramount+.
