Why was Miller Gardner’s death confusion?
It was said that Miller’s preliminary case was due to Asphyxia “after possible drunkenness after apparently ingested some food,” NBC News reported on Monday, March 24.
Asphychsia is defined as a medical condition that occurs when an individual does not get enough oxygen for the body. It was effectively thought that Miller’s air waves could be blocked.
However, a police officer of the Judicial Inquiry Costa Rica (OIJ) told Weekly US On Tuesday, March 25, that asphyxia was ruled out.
“After meeting a doctor from the Department of Forensic Pathology of the Judicial Investigating Agency, he disregarded the previous case of death through Asphyxiation as a cause of death,” Juan Pablo Alvarado Garcia said in a statement to Us. “No abnormalities at Marco level were seen in the respiratory tract while examining the body.”
An OIJ Officer said they were still awaiting the results of toxicology tests to determine whether food poisoning was true in the cause of death.
When will Miller Gardner’s Report Report be available?
Representative of Costa Rica’s judicial investigation police told the New York Post Miller results will be available “in two to three months due to the high demand for autopsies being performed in the country because of the increase in killings.”
“Various samples were sent to the forensic science laboratories (agency) for three analyzes: histology, toxicology and neuropathology,” said the representative. “A study was also requested by the Costa Rican Research and Teaching Institute in Nutrition and Health at the University of Costa Rica.”
