Brandy Glanville put her recent health struggles aside to celebrate the holiday season.

The first Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 52, showed her healed face to her friend Amourant‘s Winter Wonderland birthday party in Burbank, California, on Wednesday, December 18, 2024. The event marked Glanville’s first public outing since revealing she was suffering from what doctors believe is a parasitic infection of the face.

Glanville wore a fuzzy leopard print coat on the event’s red carpet before posing for pictures inside the party with Twitch and OnlyFans streamer Amouranth, 31. The Bravolebrity wore a little black dress and matching heels knee high, and the Bravolebrity accessorized her look with festive red and a leopard Santa hat.

Glanville rocked natural glam makeup and a red lip for the birthday party. Her face appeared healthy and better compared to the a selfie she shared earlier this month to announce that she is battling an unknown skin issue.

I’ve been in and out of the hospital that passed (sic) a 1/2 year almost every dollar I’ve tried to count. Some Dr.’s say I have a parasite that jumps around my face. Some say it’s edema caused by stress. I personally say it’s Bravo. “

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight published on December 10, Glanville said she had “Every test under the sun” done to find out what is the cause of her facial condition. “They’re like, ‘It could be a parasite.’ That, you know, is new,” he shared.

After “being on meds” for the past year, Glanville told the outlet that she spent about $70,000 trying to fix her skin problem. He also speculated that she caught the possible parasite while filming season 5 of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Tour. (Glanville was accused of sexual harassment costar Caroline Manzo while filming the show – which is yet to air – in 2023. She has denied the allegations.)

“We had food sitting out for hours on end and some of it was meat. In Morocco,” she explained ETstating that she started experiencing symptoms after filming wrapped. “Six months after I came back from Morocco, I started having this talking thing and the swelling thing, it started in July and we’re still here trying to figure it out.”
